Vintage Singer sewing machine spoked balance / hand wheel assembly with a bright chrome rim, comes with the stop motion knob and lock washer. You can use this wheel for hand crank conversions on older black Singers including the model 15, 28, 115, 127, 128, 66, 99 & 201-3. Very good vintage condition with typical signs of age - Finish is glossy but may have a few small paint chips similar to the example shown. Chrome is bright.
