You can use this wheel for hand crank conversions on older black Singers including the model 15, 28, 127, 128, 66, 99 & 201-3. Good vintage condition, no rust or structural damage. The finish will be clean with minor paint wear / chips similar to the example shown, the nickel remains bright.
